To escape from all this havoc, start pampering your skin with home made remedies easily available in every household. I have listed out few such home remedies which works as a  bulwark for all your skin problems:

USE “DAHI” (Curd) AND “BESAN”(Gramflour) MIXTURE: 

Use curd and Gramflour to reduce sunburn. Take 2-3 teaspoon of Gramflour and 1-2 teaspoon of curd, mix them with water, and whip them with a regular spoon to make a paste of it. Now, apply that paste on your sunburn areas, let it dry and then wash it with cold water. Do this regularly, and you’ll see the effect within 1-2 weeks.

One can use lime juice, gramflour and turmeric powder as a scrub. How? Let me tell you. Take 3-4 regular spoon of gramflour, then 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, then 2-3 teaspoon of lime juice, blend them all with a regular spoon with water, and make a slight thick paste of it. Apply that thick paste on your tanned areas, and use it as a scrub to scrub your whole body. Use this scrub, 20 min before taking a shower daily, and you’ll see the results within 1-3 weeks.

Do you know that an Aloe Vera gel is very much useful for your skin. One can eat Aloe Vera gel also, but only after doctor’s prescription. Well, take some Aloe Vera gel and apply it on your face. Let it dry on your face till 15 min then wash it with cold water. Do this daily and you’ll see results likewise. This method is more effective, when you apply this Aloe Vera gel before going off to bed and leave it to let it dry till morning, and then wash your face with cold water in morning.

Some people are obsessed with warm water, during summer also. But in my opinion, if you want to get rid of your acne and pimples, try to avoid war water bathing. Warm water, during summers, can damage your skin and can cause pimples.

Potato water is the best solution for removing sun tan, and it shows it’s result within 1 week only. All you have to do is to take one big or two small raw potatoes, smash them or grind them in mixer roughly, take it out, and then squeeze that grinded raw potatoes to take out potato water. Apply that potato water to your sunburn areas, and see the results within one week.
