The Infamous Fortnite 3rd Placed in Global Game Awards 2017, released its Season 3 Battle Pass on 22nd February which runs up until 30th April. This battle pass adds more skins, weapons, gliders, and dance moves, more backpacks.
Fortnite is a co-op sandbox survival game developed by Epic Games and People Can Fly, the former also publishing the game which is set in contemporary Earth, where the zombie like creatures appear due to appearance of storm which makes 98% of world’s population to disappear. Considered by Epic as a cross between Minecraft and Left 4 Dead, Fortnite has up to four players cooperating on various missions on randomly-generated maps to collect resources, build fortifications around defensive objectives that are meant to help fight the storm and protect survivors, and construct weapons and traps to engage in combat with waves of these creatures that attempt to destroy the objectives.
Players gain rewards through these missions to improve their hero characters, support teams, and an arsenal of weapon and trap schematics to be able to take on more difficult missions. The game is supported by microtransactions to purchase in-game currency that can be used towards these upgrades. Fortnite Battle Royale was released in September 2017 which is a standalone mode.
The player can buy the Season 3 Battle Pass to unlock great in-game rewards which include even Mission Specialist outfit. The more the player plays the more reward tiers he unlocks.
There are now 30 more tiers in Season 3 (100 total), and with more tiers comes more loot. Even though they added 30 more tiers it’ll be easy to unlock them just like Season 2 Battle Pass. The player can also purchase tiers for 150 bucks each.
Player has 7 challenges a week replacing the Season 2’s Battle Pass challenges. Weekly challenges can be completed at any time before the Season ends which means a player can complete the challenges even when he buys the Pass in mid-season. The player can complete 4 out of 7 challenges to unlock the rewards.
Fortnite has 2 modes Battle Royale and Save the World. Battle Royale throws player in a map where 100 players fight their way out to win the battle. Battle Royale has amazing graphics. Save the World mode is a coop survival mode where players play as squad to build items, fight zombies and survive. Both the modes are awesome but Battle Royale is the better.
