I decided to share with my readers, a simple and perfect recipe for Lemon Tart that is easy to bake and the best recipe for all the tangy taste buds. For preparing the base of the Lemon Tart, you would need

2 Packets Marie/Plain biscuits

Butter( Half the amount of biscuits taken)

Crush the biscuits until they are nice and fine. Beat the butter to a good consistency and mix the two ingredients until you get a fine mixture. Once the ingredient is mixed properly, leave it in the refrigerator to cool down and set for about four to five hours. The next item we need to prepare is the topping. For the topping, we need to have the following ingredients –

Milkmaid( condensed milk) 400g

Butter 100g

Lemon 3 or 4 (depends on your tingling taste buds)

Preparing the topping is very simple as all you have to do is mix the three ingredients until you get the perfect consistency and spread it in a container evenly. Repeat the same process by putting the mixture in the refrigerator for two or three hours. Pre heat the oven and put the topping on top of the biscuit base and bake for 15- 20 mins. Voila! you have the perfect lemon tart baked fresh and yummy to satisfy your dessert hunger. It tastes best when it is chilled for one or two hours before serving.
